10-Hour Site Safety Training per NYCDOB

NYC Local Law 196 of 2017 requires that construction and demolition workers on job sites with a Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator, or Site Safety Manager must have a total of 40 hours of training. The City College of New York (CCNY) is a NYC Department of Buildings Department-approved Course Provider. The NYCDOB Training Connect Site Safety Training Card combines all your SST ID card information on one card and is the only SST ID card the NYC Department of Buildings will accept as valid proof of worker site safety training. As of March 18, 2023, the NYCDOB Training Connect SST ID card will replace all previously issued SST ID cards and is the card DOB will accept as valid proof of worker site safety training.
