Geophysical Methods for Site Investigations
The Geophysical Methods for Site Investigations professional course introduces participants to near-surface geophysical techniques used to investigate subsurface conditions without excavation. This hands-on training provides an overview of commonly used environmental and engineering geophysics methods, including Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Electrical Resistivity, Electromagnetic Induction (EM), and Induced Polarization (IP). Participants will learn how these tools are applied to detect buried utilities, evaluate subsurface conditions, and support environmental and construction site investigations.
