12-Hour GPRO Operations & Maintenance Essentials, April, 2024

In conjunction with the Urban Green Council the 12-Hour GPRO Operations & Maintenance course focuses on strategies that reduce energy use while improving tenant comfort and health. This course is ideal for property managers and building staff in both residential and high-rise commercial buildings, including building superintendents, operators, facility and property managers, operating engineers and stationary engineers.

To earn a GPRO Operations & Maintenance Essentials certificate, students must pass a 50-question multiple-choice exam.
